StarPoint supervisors are utilized as a liaison between our personnel and management and our clients. Supervisors are on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for your convenience and will regularly make unannounced spot checks to prevent the issue of complacency. It is our belief that in order to assure the best quality of service that we stand by, we must keep close relationships with our personnel both on and off duty.


StarPoint Protective Services supervisory personnel are required to possess a complete working knowledge of all client facilities. Our supervisors are charged with scheduling, assigning security posts, and acting as liaison between StarPoint’s branch and our client operations.

Supervisory personnel are available to our clients around the clock in order maintain quality assurance and customer service on behalf of StarPoint.

Our Field Supervisory team is equipped with company owned and marked patrol vehicles and they regularly conduct random and unannounced inspections during the week and weekend to assess the presence, appearance, demeanor, performance and knowledge of our officers. We require all levels of management to conduct field inspections, including site supervisors, account managers and operations managers.

In order to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality service possible, our Field Supervisors complete detailed site visit reports and personnel assessments each and every time they visit a site. This enables StarPoint’s management to continuously assess our level of performance and, if necessary, produce a corrective action plan to address and correct potential issues.
